Any information we collect from you is gathered for the purpose of providing you with our service. We will not give any of your personally identifiable information to any other company. This is a secure shopping site. We keep your data secure by using several layers of security for order processing.

Although the kits are updated periodically we cannot insure that a form or state requirement will not change in the meantime. Each kit advises the user when it was last updated and should not be used substantially after that time without verifying that the forms and information are still correct. Limited Liability Companies are not for every business and there are other forms of organization available including corporations and partnerships. It is the responsibility of the user to determine, prior to purchase, that a limited liability company is the right choice for their business. No warranty or guarantee of any kind is therefore made with respect to appropriateness of the kit and professional guidance is recommended to determine this.
