No questions. Just wanted to say thanks for a very good web site that succinctly and clearly describes an LLC for a layman, and attorneys, and compares the various forms of organization. A site that I will forward to anyone who needs this type of information.
Thank you,

Steve,
The time that was saved for our company was very valuable. Thanks for using easy to understand language. Many offices would have had to be contacted to get what you provide. Your information is helpful to all small businesses that are trying to conduct business in an economical fashion.
Thanks again,

Dear Mr. Davidson,
Thank you for your Ohio version of the LLC kit. I was spending hours trying to reinvent the wheel for my own business organizations when I came across your home page. It was exactly what I needed, and it surpassed the quality that I had hoped.
Very truly yours,

Hello! My name is John Shafaee and I am currently a graduate student at DePaul University. I am looking to start my own business and I found your website to be one of the most useful and well organized with respect to the information and service that it provides. (I have also e-mailed your link to my partner).
Best,
-John

Thank you for your web-site. It is one of the most thorough and helpful that I have seen. My husband and I are thinking of forming an LLC for the purpose of real estate investing. We plan to purchase one property (4 units and under) per year. Currently, there is one property we are quite interested in and may be making an offer next week. My questions is this - should we be established as an LLC prior to making an offer? If we are unable to accomplish this (i.e. register ourselves with the state of New Hampshire), can the property be transferred over to the LLC at a later date?
